Key Holding & Alarm Response
With our Key Holding and Alarm Response services, we will hold a set of keys to your premises. If an alarm is activated, a security officer will be notified by the police and will attend quickly to deal with the incident, check for intruders and re-set the alarm.
So instead of you or one of your staff having to respond to call outs at weekends or late nights, we will do this for you which means from now on you’ll get a good night’s sleep and an undisturbed social and family life!
We also provide a Key Holder escort service whereby a security officer can meet you or a dedicated member of your staff at an agreed location in the event of alarm activation. The security officer will accompany the staff member to check the premises, carry out any further action as required and re-set the alarm. The benefit here is that you don’t have to put yourself or your staff in potentially dangerous or worrying situations.
Activation reports are left on site which means you will know how quickly our officers arrived on the scene, what they had to deal with and exactly how long they were there for.
Through our link up with NIKARO, we can also offer you a national key holding service which means if you operate multiple sites located throughout the country, you only have to deal with one company to ensure professional key holding and alarm response.
